Component: L-Ascorbic Acid, Capsule, Gelatin (Beef), Titanium Dioxide E171, Nicotinamide, Maltodextrin, Magnesium Oxide, Zinc Sulphate, Iron Sulphate, Silicon Dioxide, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride, Pantothenic Acid, Beta Carotene, Pteroilmonoglutamic Acid, Cyanocobalam in, Chromium Picolinate.

Recommended daily usage: 1 capsule a day. Suitable for ages 11 and older. Do not exceed recommended daily intake. Store in a cool and dry place, Expiry date and lot number are written on the bottle.
