Vitamin D

Vitamin D is needed for bones to absorb calcium, as well as for the normal functioning of the immune system and muscle function. All our formulations are made using the superior natural D3 form as opposed to the synthetic D2 version.

Component: Calcium Carbonate, Capsule, Gelatin (Beef), Titanium Dioxide E 171, Magnesium Oxide, Zinc Sulphate, Cholecalciferol.

Recommended daily usage: 1 capsule a day. Suitable for ages 11 and older.
